Senior / Lead Accountant (90-100%) Glattbrugg

Your new challenge

As an experienced accountant, you are an all-rounder and master the daily challenges in the areas of accounting and VAT without any problems and efficiency. You are a sociable personality who can manage your areas of responsibility independently, as well as work successfully together in a small team. 

Overview of your tasks

  • Main responsibility for proper accounting and professional leadership of team members (especially in the areas of accounts receivable / accounts payable)
  • Ensuring timely and high-quality monthly and annual financial statements (time and service recordings, accruals, account reconciliation, reconciliation of IC transactions with other Group companies, etc.) in cooperation with our controller
  • Deputizing in the areas of accounts receivable (billing and dunning process) and accounts payable (from invoice receipt to payment run)
  • Responsibility for the VAT area, including communication with tax authorities 
  • Support in the preparation and implementation of external audits (annual audit in accordance with the Swiss Code of Obligations and VAT) 
  • Support of HR in the areas of personnel and payroll administration
  • Administration of the ERP ABACUS


What you bring along

  • Federal diploma in finance and accounting or equivalent training
  • At least 5 years of relevant work experience in accounting (general ledgers and sub-ledgers), ideally in an SME in the IT & telecommunications sector
  • Sound knowledge of accounting and VAT is mandatory, solid knowledge of payroll accounting would be a plus
  • Experienced use of the ERP software ABACUS mandatory, ideally initial experience with SAP S/4HANA or SAP ECC
  • German as mother tongue, good oral English skills (level B1-B2) required
  • Hands-on mentality and assertiveness
  • Precise, structured and independent way of working

Senior Java Backend Software Engineer (80 - 100%) Lausanne

Your new challenge

As an experienced Backend Software Engineer at our company, you will primarily contribute to our high-quality digital signatures products by designing and implementing innovative features that meet the needs of our clients.

An overview of your tasks:

  • Analysis new requirements for their feasibility and complexity
  • Design, develop and maintain high quality Java applications in the field of digital signatures, deployed world-wide in the cloud and on-premises.
  • Define component interfaces (APIs) and data models used by the systems
  • Write appropriate automated tests and evaluate development tools
  • Develop best practices for the company and participate in code reviews with the team
  • Collaborate with teams in other departments to identify and prioritise requirements.
  • Contribute to projects that enhance security and streamline processes for certificates, identities, and e-ID


What you bring along:

  • University/technical college degree in computer science or comparable
  • 5+ years of demonstrable experience in Java Development
  • Strong knowledge of Java language and web development frameworks like Spring and Hibernate
  • Experience with SQL databases (e.g. PostgreSQL, MS SQL Server)
  • Good verbal and written English, French and German are an advantage
  • Good analytical and communication skills, hands-on mentality and can-do attitude

Preferred skills and qualifications:

An overview of your tasks

In your role as Sales Manager, you will be responsible for the sale of consulting-intensive solutions and services to companies of different sizes and industries. You will take over a portfolio of existing customers and ensure the further expansion of the customer base:
 

  • Recognising customer needs, providing professional advice and selling our products to business customers in Switzerland and neighbouring countries
  • Evaluating and identifying sales opportunities within the target markets and contributing to sales planning
  • Developing ‘customer use cases’ in collaboration with product management and the pre-sales team
  • Acquiring new customers: Responsibility for the entire sales process from lead generation, initial contact to contract conclusion

  • Successfully completed vocational training in the field of accounting / finance (e.g. accounting clerk or equivalent training)
  • At least 3 years of relenvant work experience in accounting (especially accounts payable), ideally in an SME in the IT industry 
  • Experience in the field of payroll / payroll accounting would be a big plus
  • Experienced handling of the ERP software ABACUS desired, experience with SAP would be a plus
  • German as a native language, good oral and written English skills (level B1)

Application Operation Engineer (80 - 100%) Glattbrugg

As an experienced Application Operation Engineer, you are the driving force behind the stability of our applications. In our Application Operations team, you will play a key role in ensuring the reliability and efficiency of our services. Your expertise will be crucial in helping us achieve our goals and continuously improve our service quality.


An overview of your tasks

  • Operations Tasks: Efficiently and effectively resolve incidents and problems to ensure the highest availability of our applications. You will be responsible for the operation of our applications in our private Kubernetes environment
  • Platform Expertise: Act as a competent advisor for our development team in the evolution an bug fixing of applications and their operations on our Kubernetes platform. Your technical expertise ensures that our systems remain up-to-date
  • Standardization and Automation: Support the definition and implementation of standards to secure the efficiency and reliability of our modern application environment in the private Kubernetes cloud. This also includes the continuous development of our alert and monitoring management
  • On-Call/Piket: As a valuable member of our Application Operations team, you will also be part of our on-call/piket organization, contributing to the constant readiness of our systems
     

What you bring along

  • Required Skills: Extensive experience with Kubernetes, particularly in on-premises private clouds. Your programming skills enable you to independently develop scripts and solutions used in operations
  • Additional Skills: Familiarity or interest in technologies and tools such as PostgreSQL, GitOps, ArgoCD, Identity Management, ForgeRock OpenAM, LDAP, PKI, Java, Golang, Python, NSX Advanced Load Balancer (AVI), HashiCorp Vault, Rancher, ELK, Monitoring, Observability, Ansible
  • DevOps Experience: Several years of experience with DevOps approaches, both technically and organizationally
  • Practical Skills: Solid experience in virtualization, containerization, container orchestration, as well as configuration and automation tools
  • Availability: Willingness to regularly participate in the on-call service, supporting continuous operational readiness
  • Language Skills: Excellent command of English, both written and spoken. German skills are a plus
