Les certificats numériques permettent d’authentifier les clients et de transmettre des données cryptées. Ils protègent ainsi les services numériques contre tout accès indésirable. Als Marketing & Communications Manager schaffst du Mehrwert, indem du gezielte B2B-Marketingstrategien zur Leadgenerierung entwickelst und umsetzt, spannenden Content erstellst und verbreitest. Deine exzellenten Kommunikationsfähigkeiten ermöglichen es dir, komplexe IT-Themen klar und ansprechend zu vermitteln. Mit fundiertem Wissen in SEA und SEO sowie starken analytischen Fähigkeiten optimierst du kontinuierlich unsere Online-Aktivitäten. An overview of your tasks 

  • Conception and independent implementation as well as monitoring of B2B marketing initiatives for lead generation across various channels (e.g. landing pages, newsletters, LinkedIn, etc.)
  • Planning, creation, dissemination of exciting B2B content in the field of IT security (blog posts, technical articles, newsletters, reference cases, etc.) in cooperation with internal stakeholders (e.g. product management and sales)
  • Responsible for the content maintenance and further development of company channels such as website, newsletter, LinkedIn, etc.
  • Development and maintenance of sales materials (e.g. presentations, factsheets, etc.) to present a consistent B2B product portfolio.
  • Planning and implementation of customer communications (B2B and B2C), e.g. due to regulatory innovations in the area of trust services
  • Responsibility for the planning and implementation of the B2B online marketing strategy through the targeted use of SEA and through optimizations in the area of SEO
  • Further development of comprehensive reporting for the control and optimization of SEA campaigns and improvement of the customer journey of the website
     

What you bring along 

  • Completed university/technical college studies in the field of marketing, online marketing, communication or similar
  • 3 to 5 years of professional experience in a similar field, preferably in the IT industry in the B2B sector
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills in German and ideally also in English
  • Editorial skills as well as a flair for good storytelling in order to prepare complex IT topics in an appealing and target group-oriented way
  • In-depth knowledge of online marketing (including setting up campaigns) as well as analytical skills for monitoring (using Google Analytics) and optimizing campaigns
  • Hands-on mentality and enjoyment of operational as well as conceptual work

User Experience Designer (80-100%) Glattbrugg/Lausanne

As an experienced Site Reliability Engineer you drive automation and standardization within our company. You act as an indispensable link between our application development and infrastructure teams, directly contributing to the increased efficiency and reliability of our systems.


An overview of your tasks
 

  • Incident Management: Efficient and effective resolution of incidents to ensure the highest availability of our applications
  • Platform Expertise: Competent partner for the development team in utilizing our Kubernetes platform and operations of our applications
  • Standardization and Automation: Assist in defining and implementing standards to continuously improve the efficiency and reliability of our modern application environment


What you bring along
 

  • Required Skills: Extensive experience with Kubernetes, in particular for on-prem private clouds
  • Additional Skills: Familiarity or interest in technologies and tools such as PostgresSQL, GitOps, ArgoCD, Identity Management, Forgerock OpenAM, LDAP, PKI, Java, Golang, Python, NSX Advanced Load Balancer (AVI), Hashicorp Vault, Rancher, ELK, Monitoring, Observability, Ansible
  • DevOps Experience: Several years of experience with DevOps approaches, both technically and organizationally

Customer Support Specialist (80-100%) Glattbrugg

Your new challenge

As a Customer Support Specialist, you are the business card of our company. With your communication skills and understanding of technology, you handle enquiries from our SwissID users and offer them assistance with our processes such as online identity verification. 
You also support our business customers with enquiries about digital signatures and certificates and you support the processing of faults from the end customer 1st level support. Your hands-on mentality helps you to keep a cool head even in hectic times.


An overview of your tasks

Support for business customers for certificate and PKI users:

  • Processing of enquiries and resolution of fault reports from business customers in the area of PKI and individual certificates by telephone, ticketing system or e-mail
  • Active troubleshooting with customers for major incidents
  • Processing of change requests 
  • Supporting the PKI users of our business customers with interface connections and the installation of certificates
  • Clarification and revocation of certificates
     

Support for SwissID-users: 

  • Receiving technical customer enquiries for SwissID users by telephone, ticketing system or e-mail in French, German, English and Italian, mainly on the following topics:
  • Login with SwissID for online services
  • Assistance with questions about online identity verification with the SwissID app
  • Enquiries and support for qualified digital signatures according to ZertEs
  • Enquiries relating to the electronic patient dossier and support for users in digital onboarding
     

What you bring along

  • Successfully completed training
  • Experience in customer service/support
  • Strong IT affinity and IT knowledge is an advantage (OIDC/ PKI/ data analysis)
  • Good manners and friendliness characterise you
  • Flexibility and reliability
  • Quick comprehension and analytical mindset
  • Good communication skills and the ability to keep calm even in stressful situations
  • Fluency in French and a solid knowledge of German are essential, other languages such as Italian and English are desirable
