Although I have already a SwissID with a high level of trust, I cannot log in to my MPKI for the first time. What do I have to do?
If you can not log in to your MPKI as an MPKI Operator, this may be due to the fact that the last verification of your identity took place more than a year ago and therefore a re-identification is necessary. Please note that you do not need to create a new SwissID account and can start the identification process directly on the SwissID App.
