Technical incident: UPDATE
Since Monday the SwissSign Group has been affected by a massive Distributed Denial of Service (DDoS) attack, which has a bandwidth utilisation of up to 40 Gbps. Due to these massive attacks, our products and services are currently impaired, and availability is limited.
The hardware problems that recently occurred in connection with the technical issues of CenturyLink have been resolved. However, the massive DDoS attacks on our infrastructure, which have been running for over 24 hours, continue to affect the availability of our systems. At no time has the security of customer data been compromised.
We are in close contact with the National Centre for Cyber Security (NCSC - MELANI) and our two Internet service providers to resolve the existing restrictions as quickly as possible. Please also check our website for latest information.
