Although I have already created a SwissID, I cannot log in to my MPKI. What do I have to do?

To access your MPKI, your SwissID must be raised to a higher level of trust. You can find here out how to do this by following the link below, which will help you to verify your identity step by step. 

In addition, please make sure that you, as MPKI operator, always use the e-mail address that was stored in the MPKI order in the section "RA operators".
